Vintage Boston fitted by ROMAN.
After 7 years of blue and white uniforms, Boston’s America
league team adopted the color red in 1908 and officially
became the Red Sox. Both the home and the road jerseys carried
this design across the center of the chest. This also was
the first time an American League team used a graphic representation
of it’s nickname on it’s jersey. 1908 also marked a famous
last: Cy Young’s final game as a member of the Red Sox…And you thought we only knew about SNAP BACK’s !
